What “if” you were to say “when” instead of “if“?

Instead of saying or thinking “if” I get that new career or job, you’ll say “when” I get that new career or job.

Instead of saying or thinking “if” I get better, say “when” I get better.

Instead of saying “if” we can come up with the money, we’re going on vacation, to “when” we get the money, we’re going on vacation.

When we use the word “if” our subconscious mind will look at that word and not try hard enough as it’s not an action word. However, when we use the word “when” our subconscious mind will look at that word as an action word and begin to move. Then “when” you put a date on it, it knows it needs to be always in action to meet that time frame.
